Information and consent for the processing of personal data

In accordance to articles 13 and 23 of the Italian Dlgs 30 June 2003 n. 196, the Registrant is informed and agree that:

1- all the data recorded by Publifoto Verona, as the Controller, will be solely used for the purpose of the performance of contract;

2- the processing of the given data consists in the recording and the retrieval of the data through an electronic or paper archive, at the Corporate domicile or at the domicile of a delegated structure, with the only aim of conclude any operation necessary to achieve the purposes at n. 1;

3- only personal data given by the subscriber will be recorded;

4- the data requested in the form provided are necessary to the formation of the contract;

5- the data processing could be operated by persons specifically empowered by Photostockfree.com, as employees, external advisors, accountants, computer service companies;

6- the data will be conserved in the record for a minimum time of 10 years from the last operation concluded, in observance to the Italian legislation;

7- the recorded data could be communicate to Public Authorities, such as the Judiciary, the Tax Administration and the Ufficio Italiano dei Cambi, due to legislation contrasting money laundering;

8- it is a Registrant's right to ask for information on the existence of the data in the record, the communication of the exact record, and the logic structure of the archive itself;

9- it is a Registrant's right to ask for and obtain the immediate cancellation of the data (if possible according to law), its updating, correction or integration. It is right of the Registrant to object the recording of the data for lawful cause.
